What happens on the free audit?
Before the call we review your Klaviyo flows, campaigns, list health and repeat-purchase data. On the call we show you each leak with a dollar estimate and the three fixes we'd make first. You keep the plan either way, and if we can't find meaningful revenue you're missing, we'll tell you and won't pitch you.
How soon will we see results?
Your most important emails go live within 3 days of us getting access to your store and Klaviyo, and they usually start earning in the first few weeks. The full system compounds over 90 days.
How does the guarantee work?
On day one we record your email and SMS revenue as a baseline. If it isn't measurably higher after 90 days, we keep working for free until it is.
Do we get locked into a long contract?
No. Our terms are flexible, and there's no long lock-in. We'll agree on what fits your brand on the call.
Which platforms do you work with?
Klaviyo for email and SMS, SMSBump for SMS, and Shopify and other ecommerce platforms for store data and subscriptions. On something else? We'll tell you on the audit if switching is worth it.
Is my store big enough?
We work best with ecommerce brands doing $100K+ a month. Smaller stores usually get more from fixing acquisition first.
